Ulink Exchange Announcement on Completing KYC Certification

Dear Ulink Users,

In order to further enhance the security of the platform, protect user assets, fulfill global Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CFT) compliance obligations, and align with international compliance standards (referencing platforms such as Binance), Ulink Exchange will fully advance and strengthen its User Identity Verification (KYC) system.

Effective immediately, all users are required to complete identity verification by February 28, 2026, UTC, or they may face restrictions on certain account functions.

1. Importance of KYC Certification

2. Impact of Not Completing KYC

If certification is not completed by the specified time, the account may face the following restrictions:

• Restriction on deposit and withdrawal functions
• Limitation on spot/contract trading permissions
• Reduced daily withdrawal limits
• Restriction on participation in platform activities and reward distribution
• Specific restrictions will be displayed on the system page.

3. Certification Process

• Log into your Ulink account
• Go to the Identity Verification / KYC page
• Submit valid identification documents (Passport/ID/Driver’s License)
• Complete facial recognition verification
• Wait for system review (usually completed within 1–24 hours)

Please ensure that the information you submit is accurate, complete, and valid. If verification fails due to incorrect or unclear information, please resubmit.

4. Important Notes

• Do not use someone else's identity information for verification.
• Ensure that your UID and personal details are correct.
• The platform will never request account passwords or verification codes through unofficial channels.
• If any suspicious activity is detected, please contact customer support immediately.
