1. Commitment and electronic signature

2.3. You or the users you invite do not have the right to authorize or pretend to be Ulink on behalf of the platform in any way to provide any investment advice to the introduced users.
2.4. The user is obligated to notify the introduced user of any commissions received and any other commissions related to the services provided under this service agreement when necessary.
2.5. You may not use the platform logo in any communication, including but not limited to use in any business card or any electronic transmission method, unless expressly authorized by the platform.
2.6. You and the user you invited promise that he/she shall not register a platform containing the word "Ulink", and shall not register or operate a domain name containing the word "Ulink" in its name.
2.7. You and the user you invited declare and warrant that he/she will not place platform-related promotional materials on any website, and will not use any media or media containing materials, including but not limited to those that meet the following conditions Website:
2.7.1) Promote (including links to) pornographic materials, violent or illegal activities;
2.7.2) Promote discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;

2.8. The user shall not authorize or encourage any third party

2.8.6) Direct or indirect access through or from any software application, website or recommendation, initiate and/or activate access to the online services provided by the platform, or merge access to or referrals to the online services provided by the platform in other ways. 2.9. Except as otherwise specified in this service agreement, then only within the specified scope, users are prohibited from sending e-mail, SMS, MMS, and group bombing to promote the platform, the main website of the platform, and the user plan of the platform And/or online services provided by the platform.
2.10. 2.11. 2.12. Ulink reserves the right to adjust and/or delete the commissions incurred at its sole discretion.
2.14. The use of search engine marketing techniques (such as bidding for the Ulink brand name in any search engine) is strictly prohibited. Ulink reserves the right to terminate user accounts without prior notice.
2.15. Strict compliance and guarantee:
2.15.1) Clearly inform users of transaction risks, and do not invite users to register by using illegal means such as promised profits and agent trading;
2.15.2) No false propaganda, such as fictitious profit graphs, fictitious profitable users, and other illegal methods to attract users;

3. User's Rights and Obligations
3.1 Without affecting your and your invited users’ obligations under this service agreement, this platform shall not be responsible or liable for any suggestions, suggestions or decisions you and your invited users provide to the introduced users. Take any responsibility.
3.2 In order for users to be eligible for any commissions related to introducing users, they must meet all the requirements specified in this service agreement, and users must ensure that the introducing users use the unique user recommendation link/code that their users open accounts on the platform.
If you and the users you invite have established a website to promote their business development, in order to identify and determine suitable opportunities, the following functions and information should be included:
3.2.1) There should be a link that can lead potential users to the main website of the platform;
3.2.2) The information and/or logo and/or slogan of the platform should be visible to potential users;
3.2.3) An accurate description of the platform's products should be provided to provide users with specific information about the platform's financial products and services so that the user can sign an agreement with the platform.
3.3 Users must obtain platform approval before uploading any information or functions related to the platform and its services.
3.4 The platform has the sole discretion to accept or reject any user introduced by you and the user you invited, and has the right to terminate the business relationship with any user at any time. All data related to the user's account opening on the platform will be retained as the exclusive property of the platform, unless the agreement expressly stipulates that the affiliated platform has no right to obtain such information by signing this service agreement.
3.5 Subject to the terms and conditions of this service agreement and the terms and conditions of this agreement, you and the users you invite agree that, in accordance with applicable rules or laws, all referral activities for potential users to the platform must be professional , Appropriate and legal.
4. The rights and obligations of the platform
4.1. The platform guarantees that the commission will be paid to you in a timely manner in accordance with the terms of this service agreement.
4.2. The platform is responsible for calculating and paying users' commissions.
4.3. In the event of any dispute or user complaint, the platform has the right to retain any commission related to the user until these issues are resolved.
4.4. If the platform finds that the trading activities of any users you introduce have been abused, the platform reserves all rights, including but not limited to immediately suspending or terminating the accounts of the associated platform, at the sole discretion of the platform.
